Privacy
This page explains what we receive when you use stackenx.com, and what we do with it. Last updated 15 October 2026.
Who we are
StackenX Technologies runs this website. Questions about privacy can be sent to the contact form or to info@stackenx.com. The inbox is read at Titan webmail.
What you send us
The site does not ask you to create an account. We receive information only when you choose to send a form.
- Project enquiries. Name, work email, company, what you need help with, and your message.
- Talent pool. Name, email, location, area of expertise, an optional portfolio or LinkedIn link, an optional note, and your CV or resume.
How it reaches us
Both forms are delivered by FormSubmit, a free form service, to info@stackenx.com. FormSubmit keeps the text of a submission for about 30 days and does not keep the uploaded file. The CV is meant to arrive as an attachment on the email. The mailbox itself is GoDaddy Professional Email (Titan).
The page does not show the inbox address in the form code. It uses a FormSubmit code so automated scrapers are less likely to collect it.
What we use it for
We use enquiry details to reply about a possible project. We use talent-pool details to consider whether to contact you about work. We do not sell this information.
What stays on your device
After you send a form, the browser remembers a 60-second wait so the same form cannot be sent again immediately. That timer stays in your browser only. It is not sent to us.
Other services the pages use
- Netlify hosts the website.
- Unsplash provides some photographs. Your browser requests those images directly from Unsplash.
- Let's Encrypt provides the certificate that puts the padlock on stackenx.com.
We do not run advertising or a separate analytics product on these pages.
How long we keep it
Emails stay in the company mailbox for as long as we need them to reply or to consider an application. You can ask us to delete an enquiry or an application by writing to info@stackenx.com.
