Using the site
The pages are provided by StackenX Technologies so you can learn about the work and get in touch. You may read them and share links to them. You may not copy the site, break it, or use it to send anything harmful.
Sending a form is not a contract
A project enquiry or a talent-pool application is a message. It does not hire StackenX, and it does not create a job offer. Any project, fee, or role exists only when both sides agree in writing.
What you send
You are responsible for the details you submit. Do not send information you are not allowed to share. A CV must be your own PDF or Word file, under 10 MB. Do not attach a program, a script, or a file that is not a document.
We may ignore a message that looks automated, abusive, or unrelated to the form.
The site content
The words, design, and logo on stackenx.com belong to StackenX Technologies unless a credit says otherwise. Some photographs are stock images. You may not reuse the logo or the page design as your own.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise that every page or form will work without interruption. Information on the site can change.
Privacy
How form details are handled is described on the Privacy page. By sending a form you agree to that page and to these terms.
